At Kinugawa Turbo Systems Bolt, we want your fashion experience to be seamless; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
